What’s a Turtle at OPEN 09?

“An informal workshop with a group of up to 40 participants.”

Although the theme for each Turtle is set, the discussion and outputs from the session will be determined by its participants. Sharing and facilitating this dialogue is crucial to each Turtle’s success.

Each Turtle has its own dedicated website with its own authors, participants and agendas.

We will decide on Friday, 7th November where each turtle will be run. This is dependant on the numbers.. More info on the venues is here

The Turtle Hub @ Sandbox

A dynamic space where all information is collated in real-time for display to the entire OPEN 09 audience over the two days. It is also a social space which is always open. Feeds from each Turtle will be in real-time within the hub and available for participants from the other Turtle groups to view and listen to during and after the event.
